“Thank goodness all of this is behind us!”

Lord willing, we will be able to say that sooner than later. But in the meantime, you and your congregation are still living with effects of COVID-19. While 2021 looks pretty different from 2020, there are still new challenges and lingering effects of what we have all experienced so far. One of those effects is the continuing fatigue of the constant change of rhythms and expectations of the communities you serve.

In the midst of the ongoing shifts you and your congregations are going through, we want to take this opportunity to say thank you for your commitment to serving our community in the name of Jesus. I’d like to invite you to this year’s Church Leadership Breakfast on Sept 8th.

We want to give you an opportunity to meet together as faithful leaders to fellowship with and encourage one another. We also would like to share some of our new training materials and the current state of domestic violence with you so you can be equipped to respond effectively when needs pertaining to domestic violence arise.

I look forward to spending some time together and the opportunity to say THANK YOU!

We need your help in filling a couple of key positions that serve our residents.  We just completed a video that shares what it’s like to be a part of the ministry here at Sheltering Wings.  Would you take a moment to think and pray about who in your congregation might be a good fit for our team?

It Doesn’t Have to be This Way
