Church leaders from several congregations and nonprofits gathered at Radiant Bible Church earlier this month for fellowship, encouragement and training. At the gathering, I shared a pre-recorded conversation with pastor/leader and author Dale Sellers. Each week, he works with churches across the nation and his energy and wisdom are contagious.
“How do churches seem to be coping right now?” I asked. “And what are some of the greatest needs you’re finding now among church leaders?”
I reserved Dale’s answer for this email because I believed it would encourage you. Click the video link below to view the clip. (You can access the entire conversation here.)
I asked Dale if he had any vision-related resources I could pass along and he shared this free resource from his organization’s website. I hope it is helpful.
As you prayerfully and patiently plan for the coming weeks and months, I pray you find a continual source of encouragement in Christ. Paul’s words seem altogether appropriate: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up,” (Galatians 6:9, NIV).
And, if there’s a way we can support or serve you, please let me know.
Serving him together,
Kevin Carr
