On behalf of all of us here at Sheltering Wings and the men involved in the Men IN Action leadership team, we want to express our gratitude to you for volunteering to be a guest reader at Men IN Action READ.
Obviously, tomorrow’s event is canceled due to the virus, school cancelations and a quarantine. As disappointing as it is to cancel, it is even more encouraging to see men like you raise their hands whenever there’s an opportunity to serve the community.

We’ve been hard at work to make the most of this situation, and we wanted to let you know what we’ve been able to offer to schools across (and beyond!) Hendricks County.
- All 440 elementary teachers will receive their own copy of “What Should Danny Do? School Day.”
- We’ve assembled a ton of teacher resources and made them available on our website.
- We filmed a special guest reading the book and we’re presenting it as part of a special e-learning experience.
We’re excited to hear from school administrators, teachers and families as they use these resources during this qurantine and beyond!
