Respect Week 2025: February 10–14

Join us for Respect Week this February during Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month! Each day brings opportunities to learn, engage, and celebrate the importance of respect in relationships and self-care. Here’s what to expect:

Monday, February 10 – Respect Your Vibe (A Playlist)

Set the tone for healthy relationships with music! Share your favorite empowering songs or lyrics that make you feel confident, respected, and seen. Together, we’ll build the ultimate Respect That playlist.

Tuesday, February 11 – Wear Orange Day

Wear orange to show solidarity and raise awareness about dating violence. Snap a selfie, post it on social media, and tag us using #WearOrangeDay and #RespectThat. Your participation helps spread the message that everyone deserves a healthy relationship!

Wednesday, February 12 – Respect Yourself (Self-Care)

Self-care is self-respect! Take part in our Self-Care Challenge by sharing your go-to self-care routine or tagging us in your self-care moments. Whether it’s journaling, a walk, or a digital detox, we want to see how you’re showing yourself love.

Thursday, February 13 – Respect Your Health

Take a moment to prioritize your mental and physical health. Share what part of your health you’re focusing on today by dropping emojis in the comments or tagging us. Remember, a healthy you leads to healthy relationships!

Friday, February 14 – Celebrating Your Healthy Love

Celebrate love built on respect, trust, and kindness! Share words of affirmation or daily reminders that lift you up and empower your relationships. You deserve a love that makes you feel safe, seen, and valued.
